Symptoms
You intend for all your JMS related services to be transactionally reliable. You set up all your configuration to achieve this. However, in OSB versions priot to 10.3, you may find that messages are disapearing. The issue appears to happen during deployment of proxies at a time when the connection factories and endpoints are unavailable. In this situation the deployed proxy service reverts to XA false without giving any indication through the console or the sbconsole.
