Symptoms

When committing a batch scanned in Scan for Adrenaline Oracle WebCenter Capture ( formerly Oracle Document Capture) and committed to IPM, the following errors is returned:

Error: 40008
The following error occurred while attempting to commit the batch:
[Commit Profile - IPM: The following error was reported by ReleaseDocumnet. Error Number: 505 Error Description: Failed to add page. Error Number: -2147178350, Error: Invalid File Name
