When Deploying a J2EE Application Containing WebServices on OC4J10.1.3.5 Reports Error "java.rmi.ServerException no serializer is registered". (Doc ID 1158253.1)

Symptoms

A J2EE application that was created in JDeveloper 10.1.3.4 deploys fine in OC4J 10.1.3.4. However, when deploying the same application in OC4J 10.1.3.5, it fails with the following error:

java.rmi.ServerException no serializer is registered

In addition, the OC4J 10.1.3.5 will generate some packages wrongly; for example, the Web Service Serializer classes will be generated like the following:
