Symptoms

When calling web services generated using JDeveloper 11.1.1.1.0 from PL/SQL package that has a method with out parameter from the types (boolean, float or integer), got the following errors:

* For boolean : XmlRuntimeException: error: invalid boolean:
* For Float : NumberFormatException: empty String
* For integer : NumberFormatException: For input string: ""
