When Generating Web Services from WSDL File Using JDeveloper10.1.3.5 Nothing is Generated and JDeveloper Hangs. (Doc ID 1161163.1)

Symptoms

When generating Web Services from WSDL file using JDeveloper10.1.3.5, nothing is generated and JDeveloper hangs, but when using JDeveloper 10.1.3.1 to generate the same Web Services, it generated with the following warning:

WARNING: OWS-00102 Mapped {urn:fec:xml:data:draft:ReusableAggregateBusinessInformationEntity:3}LabelBarcodeType to javax.xml.soap.SOAPElement LabelBarcodeType. Reason for not creating a custom Java type: use of an unimplemented feature.
 Generating deployment descriptors
WARNING: Problem validating implementation class. Failed to load class: project1.LogisticsExporterPortsImpl
