Intermittent 500 Errors When Accessing Any Of The Webclients Including Bcentral (Doc ID 1166453.1)

Users hit intermittently http 500 errors when accessing Beehive Bcentral, Zimbra and/or Teamcollab via browser.

Beehive logs contain entries similar to the following:

dmz logs:

NZE-28862: SSL connection failed
12552 failed: recv failed (errno=4)
the client stop the connection unexpectedly
oc4j_socket_recvfull timed out
12504 failed: recv failed (errno=4)
12553 failed: recv failed (errno=4)

dmz apache logs: - - [27/May/2010:08:55:06 -0400] "GET /zimbra HTTP/1.1" 500 664 - - [27/May/2010:08:55:43 -0400] "GET /teamcollab/ HTTP/1.1" 500 664

[Thu May 27 08:55:06 2010] [error] [client] [,0] mod_oc4j: request to OC4J failed: recv failed (errno=4)
[Thu May 27 08:55:43 2010] [warn] [client] oc4j_socket_recvfull timed out
