Tag Center Not Displaying Information As Expected (Doc ID 1166924.1)

Symptoms

The Tag Center is not showing all of the details.  The Tag Cloud section is missing and it makes the tag center more difficult to use.

Changes

Browser used is a small window, or is on a small laptop screen, or the resolution is small.

Cause
