Only the First Two Pages are Available When Searching in URM (Doc ID 1167416.1)

Symptoms

When performing a search within a Content Server that has Universal Records Manager (URM) enabled, the most that any search returns is two pages of results.  If you navigate to page two, then page three will become available.
