csDbUnableToCreateResultSet Error when Starting 11g UCM Managed Server (Doc ID 1168864.1)

Symptoms

On an 11g UCM installed on a Windows server connecting to an MS SQL database, starting the UCM managed server fails and the following error is received:


intradoc.data.DataException: !csDbUnableToCreateResultSet,SELECT dValue FROM Config WHERE dSection='DevUpdate' AND dName='DatabaseUpgrade'!$[OWLS][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Invalid object name 'Config'.
