"Unable to retrieve ServiceClass for WSDL" Error After Upgrading Web Service Controls to Version 10.3.2 (Doc ID 1174521.1)

After upgrading Web Service Controls to version 10.3.2, the following exceptions are thrown:

com.bea.control.ServiceControlException: Unable to retrieve ServiceClass for WSDL
at path services/<WEB SERVICE CONTROL>.wsdl, service <TRANSACTION> for control services.<WEB SERVICE CONTROL> from cache[com.bea.control.servicecontrol.util.ServiceClassCacheException: Unable to restore ServiceClass from resource services/<WEB SERVICE CONTROL>.ser, service <TRANSACTION> for control services.<WEB SERVICE CONTROL>]


com.bea.control.servicecontrol.util.ServiceAnalyzerException: Cannot find types jar based on application URL file:/C:/workspace/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.resources/.projects/<PORTAL APP >/beadep/portal/<PORTAL APP>/
and jar name typegen__xmlbeans_apache__services__<WEB SERVICE CONTROL>.jar. typesJarFile = C:\workspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.core.resources\.projects\<PORTAL APP>\beadep\portal\<PORTAL APP>\APP-INF\lib\typegen__xmlbeans_apache__services__<WEB SERVICE CONTROL>.jar

Please make sure that file:/C:/workspace/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.resources/.projects/<PORTAL APP>/beadep/portal/<PORTAL APP>/ is in your classpath. The lib directory is inferred based on the location of your META-INF/application.xml file.
