OAM 11g: Unable to Login to Admin Console after changing external LDAP identityuserstore To Primary

User had two identityuserstore 1) Embedded Ldap 2) External LDAP (OID).
After setting external LDAP (OID) as the primary identityuserstore. Users are unable to login to OAM 11G admin console page using 'weblogic ' account credential. After remove the OID as primary user stores, can login to admn console again.
