Folder-level rights are needed for the Document Library task flow in Spaces.

Currently, with the lack of folder-level security you can do the following:

1. Create a new page in Personal Space

2. Add a Document List Viewer

3. Click on the Edit pencil for the Doc List Viewer while in edit mode

4. Change root folder path to "/"

It gives access to all folders .
