Beehive Dynamic Groups Not Auto-Populating (Doc ID 1195645.1)

Symptoms

Users added to Dynamic Group are not uploaded to Dynamic Group list in a timely fashion or in some cases at all.
The dynamic group does not contain all the member users, which should be contained based on the query condition.
