'ODI agent didn't execute the command' Seen When Doing an ERPI Data Load in FDM

Symptoms
When trying to run an ERPI data load in FDM the following error is seen and the data load does not complete:
ODI agent didn't execute the command
The data load also does not work when started via the ERPI web interface either (as opposed to what is seen in note 1076750.1*).
In this case you can see ODI sessions being started in the ODI Operator but the EBS_GL_LOAD_BALANCES_DATA scenario is failing at the 'Loading - SS_0 - Extract Delta Balances to Staging' step that accesses the EBS schema with a Return Code of 1017 on the execution tab of the step.

Changes
The password of the account that ODI uses to access the EBS Oracle schema has been changed after some initial configuration has been done such as metadata loads & perhaps even other data loads.
