Symptoms

When attempting to deploy a WebLogic Portal (WLP) application to a cluster the following error occurs:


The issue occurs after the following steps:
1) Build and export a WLP application with project facets, Sample Framework Components and Sample look and Feels selected
2) Deploy the application to a clustered WLP domain
