Symptoms
A start/restart of WLS Admin fails with the below exception, Cannot Login to WebCenter Content with "weblogic" or any one of numerous symptoms. Note: exact weblogic.security.providers.authentication.<SomeProviderType> may be different based on the Security Provider Type used.
