WLS Start Fails after New Security Provider was Added, Exception is "weblogic.security.SecurityInitializationException: Authentication for user weblogic denied" (Doc ID 1204027.1)

Symptoms

A start/restart of WLS Admin fails with the below exception. Note that your exact weblogic.security.providers.authentication.<SomeProviderType> may be different based on the Security Provider Type that you used.
