Symptoms
In WebCenter Discussion Forum, numbered lists and bulleted lists do not appear correctly after saving the message.
This problem occurs in all browsers.
Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a new post with Rich Text Editor
2. Include bulleted list and numbered list in the message.
3. Click Post Message and operation is ok.
4. Viewing the new message, the numbers and bullets do not appear
