Zoom Fails with EBS Error "Unhandled exception in AXFCustom.launch_command_soap SQLCODE = -4062: ORA-04062: signature of function "APPS.AXF_MANAGED_ATTACH_VALUES" has been changed" (Doc ID 1211324.1)

Symptoms

Upon attempt to open the EBS Zoom menu's Managed Attachments page, you receive an error in the EBS logs like the below:


AXFCustom.launch_command_soap Calling get form id
AXFCustom.launch_command_soap Calling AXF_MANAGES attachment
AXFCustom.launch_command_soap Calling get command name for eventid: 1
AXFCustom.launch_command_soap***********************************************************
AXFCustom.launch_command_soap Command Received UCM_Managed_Attachments User:conversion Form:SOMEUSER Instance:3
AXFCustom.launch_command_soapDataBlock received from DB = AXF_DEFAULT
AXFCustom.launch_command_soap Stored CconversationID :
AXFCustom.launch_command_soap Endpoint is defined as : http://<youraxfappserverHOSTNAME>:7790/imaging-bai-axf/AxfSolutionMediator Unhandled exception in AXFCustom.launch_command_soap SQLCODE = -4062: ORA-04062: signature of function "APPS.AXF_MANAGED_ATTACH_VALUES" has been changed

Upon attempt to fix the issue by re-running the AXF scripts aginst the EBS tablespace, you get the following error:


Error 306 at line 346, column 33
wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'AXF_MANAGED_ATTACH_VALUES'
Error 0 at line 346, column 21
Statement ignored
