WLP 10.3 - Netui error "There is no current Page Flow" after upgrade from WLP 8.1 (Doc ID 1211714.1)

After upgrade of Weblogic Portal (WLP) application from 8.1 to 10.3, you might notice the below error intermittently:

<Jul 21, 2010 8:00:00 AM PDT> <Error> <com.bea.wlw.netui.script.el.ExpressionEvaluatorImpl> <BEA-000000> <Caught exception when evaluating expression "{pageFlow.quote.rateQuotePrinted}" with available binding contexts [actionForm, pageFlow, globalApp, request, session, appication, pageContext, bundle, container, url, pageInput]. Root cause: java.lang.RuntimeException: There is no current Page Flow!

The only workaround is to recycle the server.
