Error Saving Profiles (but the Changes are Saved), and Error Sending Batches

When attempting to save a scan profile in WebCaptureAdmin.html the profile is successfully saved, but the following error is returned:

An error occurred while trying to save the profile.
Do you wish to retry?

When attempting to send a batch using the Distributed Capture client, the .PAK file is uploaded to the ClientAccess folder on the Oracle Distributed Document Capture Server, but the batch remains on the client and the following error is returned:

Unable to verify the receipt of batch
