OID 10G to OID 11g Upgrade Assistant Fails In LDAP Replication Environment (Doc ID 1213466.1)

Symptoms

Running the upgrade assistant in order to to upgrade from 10g to 11.1.1.2.

The command was
ua IM -sourceHome <ORACLE_HOME> -invptrloc <PATH>/oraInst.loc.bak -invptrloc<PATH>/oraInst.loc -destInstanceHome <PATH_TO_INSTANCE> -logLevel trace -verbose -dbHost <OID_DB_HOSTNAME> -dbPort <OID_DB_LISTENER_PORT> -dbServiceName <SERVICE_NAME> -oidHost <OID_HOSTNAME> -oidSslPort <OID_SSL_PORT>



The Upgrade Assistant fails with the following message in the log:
