Goal

Patch 9443003 addresses a specific issue where Process Broker demonstrates periodic rapid increasing memory consumption. Manage memory is suspected because in many cases the memory usage appears to recover, suggesting garbage collection. This patch allows a setting to force appdomain unload which should also force the managed objects used by the domain to be released.
