Symptoms

When configuring Forms and Reports 11g the forms configuration completes without error.

However, the Reports Server configuration fails.
The Error reported to install<date/time_stamp>.out is:

Note the reported host name 'hostname.do' is truncated. (In the example it should be hostname.domain)
