OSB SFTP Transport has Stuck Threads in SSHTools Library for Tectia SFTP Server (Doc ID 1220513.1)

Symptoms

Under high load in the SFTP server, OSB in getting stuck threads and files stop being picked up by the SFTP services. Server needs to be restarted to continue picking files again. OSB version is 10.3.1 on Solaris, SFTP is from SSH Tectia.
