SOA 11g Startup Takes a Long Time on AIX (Doc ID 1229743.1)

The startup of the SOA server, after the following lines from the domain log, the Java process slows down to using only 3% CPU and a process called mmfsd64 uses 25-30%.  If "Oracle Enterprise Manager - [oracle_common]" is not installed, the java stays at 25-30% CPU and the startup of the SOA server take 8 to 9 minutes.
