Symptoms

You have an adapter that is processing several inbound files at the same time and you see the following errors:

Either specify a time period to wait for resources to become available, or increase the size of the pool and retry.

and:

The JCA Binding Component was unable to establish an outbound JCA CCI connection due to the following issue: javax.resource.spi.IllegalStateException: [Connector:199176]Unable to execute allocateConnection(...) on ConnectionManager. A stale Connection Factory or Connection Handle may be used. The connection pool associated with it has already been destroyed. Try to re-lookup Connection Factory eis/OracleJCAAdapter/DefaultConnection from JNDI and get a new Connection Handle. ". The invoked JCA adapter raised a resource exception.

You do not, however, see this error when processing a smaller number of files at the same time.
