Goal

OID 10.1.2 through 11g supports two protocols for replication -- ASR and LDAP. One may not know which has been configured. This document shows you how to make that determination.

Note: Oracle Database Advanced Replication (ASR) is deprecated in OID 12c version 12.2.1.3.0 onward and is no longer in use. Reference 12c documentation.
