Symptoms
You are unable to login into BPM Process Administrator after a DB crash.
An error message similar to the following is shown at the login page:
Cannot connect to the Directory Service at: [default].
Cannot connect to the Directory Service at: [default]. Detail:The Directory Service could not be reached. Either the Directory Service is down, the host where it resides is unavailable, a network problem exists, or there is no Directory Service at the specified location.
Caused by: [BEA][Oracle JDBC Driver][Oracle]ORA-12505 Connection refused, the specified SID (workflow) was not recognized by the Oracle server.
