Symptoms


Personalize option is not available for the EBS Favorites portlet.

Steps to reproduce
==================
1. Integrate EBS with WebCenter

2. Add the EBS Favorites portlet to a WebCenter Page

3. Note, it suggests you to Personalize the portlet, however, when clicking on the Action icon in the top-right hand corner there is no Personalize option.
