OPSS - The "Application Roles" Page Not Show Up the Seeded Roles (Doc ID 1261684.1)

Symptoms

Using the EM Console, navigate to

SOA Domain -> BAM -> OracleBAMServer (For sample: SOAP2_wls_bam1) -> Application Roles

Policy Store Provider:   The application roles cannot be found.

In the BAM application roles section there was a prompt "Select Application Stripe” check box instead,

And in the drop down does not show the Oracle BAM application, instead shows the b2bui and soa-infra application.

The Select Application Stripe search text box, is not observed in other BAM installation.
