Forms Recognition RTS Instances are not Displayed When a Different Windows User Logs in (Doc ID 1263775.1)

Symptoms

When a user logs into the server that did not create the RTS Group, machine(s) and instance(s) are not present when the RTS management console is open.  This gives the appearance that the settings have been deleted.

Changes

The Windows user logging into the server is not the same user that created the RTS group.
