SOA Cluster does not Use Virtual IP Address - Cannot Reach Worklist URL (Doc ID 1264720.1)

Symptoms

You have setup a SOA suite cluster on a multihomed computer.  You have multiple physical and virtual IP addresses. Each IP address is associated with a host name. When you try to access the worklist application the URL used by the browser window is that of the machine name, not the virtual hostname/IP.
