Using Oracle Data Integrator(ODI) version 10.1.3.6.4 when logged into Topology Manager

The Repositories Window is not showing in the list of docked windows on the bottom left corner of the Topology Manager.

Ideally it should look like this when user logs in:

But the 'Repositories' window does not appear here :
