Goal

I want to be able to start my 11g content server via Windows services.  How can I create Windows services for the 11g content server such that the following errors do not occur and the server starts successfully?

java.lang.AssertionError: !syNativeOsUtilsNotLoaded

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: intradoc.common.NativeOsUtilsBase.getNativeVersion()Ljava/lang/String;
