Symptoms

Oracle Application Server Cluster Ready Services (ASCRS) provides a set of predefined scripts and monitors, which allows you to use the functionality of Oracle's clusterware, Cluster Ready Services (CRS) in a Fusion Middleware 11g environment.

The first requirement is to create ASCRS resources for the shared disk and virtual host associated with this hardware cluster. Once these have been successfully created, a resource can be created for a Weblogic Server (WLS) domain using the following command:
