Symptoms
On SOA version 11g SOA composite deployment using JDeveloper fails.
The following errors are seen in logfile $MIDDLEWARE_HOME/user_projects/domains/<your domain>/servers/<SOA managed server name>/logs/<SOA managed server name>-diagnostic.log. The important part of the message is the reference to the "OracleSystemUser":
