Updates on Nested Link Property are not Displayed on 'Linked From' Section of the Linked Contents (Doc ID 1269495.1)

Symptoms

When there are content item(s) with existing values for link property, making a change at a later point in time does not update it properly.


The issue can be seen in the following screen shots -

The 3 content nodes (n1,n2 and n3) were configured such that n1 is linked from n2 and n2 is linked from n1. n3 is not linked to any content initially

Note n3 is not linking to n1 or n2, nor is it being linked from



I now make n1 point to n3



Note that now n2 still has a linked from section pointing to n1, which we changed in the step above



Also note that n3 does not have a linked from section even though in earlier step we made n1 point to n3.
