Symptoms
- Deployed FOP in OC4J.
- Configured Apex "Printer Server" setting to use FOP according to the documentation at: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/apex/application-express/configure-printing-093060.html
- Printing the Apex report in PDF format fails with the following error in Admin.log of weblogic
