Cannot Create GTC Connector Due To java.lang.NumberFormatException: null (Doc ID 1269755.1)

Symptoms

After providing the GTC details in Step 2 of the Creation Wizard, an error is shown on the user interface:

A system error occurred.
Contact the Oracle Identity Manager System Administrator.


The log file shows the following error:

Changes

A change has been done in the User Configuration (UDF added, removed, etc) recently. This change has partially failed.
