How to Configure or Setup Java External Authentication Plugins in OID 11g / 12c

Purpose
This Document mainly explains on configuring Java AD External Authentication Plug-in for AD but the same procedure apply also for other Java External Authentication Plug-in ( ADAM,Sun iPlanet, Novell eDirectory, Openldap,IBM Tivoli Directory Server etc)
Scope
It is assumed that you have set all your environment variables correctly and OID 11g/12c is synchronized with AD successfully. If you have any issues with synchronization then resolve them before setting up External Authentication Plugin.
Note: orclSourceObjectDN attribute used in synchronization mapping file is a mandatory attribute and it must be mapped, else Java Plugin will fail for authentication. This attribute mapping rule exists by default as below in synchronization mapping rules of a given profile in case of AD.
