Symptoms

Tuxedo introduces extra entries into the PATH environment variable of Tuxedo servers. On Tuxedo 10gR3 with RP04 or greater installed on Windows 2008 R2, one of these entries is "\\BIN", which is treated as a network reference and causes all subsequent uses of PATH to fail, e.g. in LoadLibrary().
