Symptoms

OWB 11.2 Repository Browser Connection with Net Service Name Fails with:

500 Internal Server Error: The server encountered an unexpected condition, which prevented it from fulfilling the request. (For more information look at the global-application.log). Please change the request or contact the server administrator.
