When trying to use Upgrade Assistant to upgradeOVD 10.1.4.3 to 11.1.1.3,
no matching Oracle home error is reported even when specifying the correct
Source Home.

OVD versions are:
Source OVD10.1.4.3;
Target OVD 11.1.1.3.0;
OS Windows 64 bit 2008 R2 Server.

Error Stack:
