WTC Tuxedo Corba Connection fails with LIBTUX_CAT:6031 After Upgrade To Tuxedo 11 (Doc ID 1274191.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to Tuxedo 11gR1, WTC Tuxedo Corba connection fails with LIBTUX_CAT:6031 .

Tuxedo client gets CORBA::INTERNAL exception

The following errors are shown in the ULOG when running the cnsls or when C++ code tried to invoke an EJB:

135133.522.Tuxhostname!GWTDOMAIN.20739.4.0: LIBTUX_CAT:6031: ERROR: Unable to pre-process buffer before tranmission. Error code(12/4323)
135133.530.Tuxhostname!GWTDOMAIN.20739.4.0: LIBGWT_CAT:1282: ERROR: Memory allocation failure for compression
135133.535.Tuxhostname!GWTDOMAIN.20739.4.0: LIBGWT_CAT:1037: ERROR: Unrecoverable error occurred on send of data - sending failure reply locally
135135.477.Tuxhostname!TMSYSEVT.20779.1.0: ISNAT_CAT:1199: WARN: .SysClientDied: User IIOP client on vs10app3 client died


The same configuration worked fine with Weblogic Server 10.3.3 and Tuxedo 9.1.
