Conflicting Language Dependent Language Interpretations When Using The OdiSendMail Tool On Different ODI Agents (Doc ID 1274742.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run an ODI Scenario on an Agent containing a call to the OdiSendMail tool containing Thai characters in both :
the process runs correctly and the Thai content is interpreted and sent as required.

However, when running the Scenario over an Agent installed on another server, the message is not sent correctly and the Thai characters are translated to ???? characters.
