Symptoms

When running IPM 10.1.3.5 on a Windows Server 2008 SP2 install, the following messages may appear in the IPM logs:

Information Broker: The current database connection has failed. Attempting to reconnect.

Infobroker will appear to be working successfully but none of the functions will work.
