Missing Generation Of Scenario Session Steps And Tasks, Or Protocol Violation Message Signaled In ODI (Doc ID 1277388.1)

Symptoms

One of the following symptoms are intermittently observed in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) when Oracle database 11.2.0.1.0 is used to host any of the ODI Repositories:

  1. Sessions are correctly started in the ODI Operator, but the Steps and Tasks are not generated.
     
    Also, the Sessions persist in the running status, and require manual interruption.
               
  2. After regenerating a Scenario, if you try to expand the tree-view in your Project, the following is signaled:
