Symptoms
When attempting to Open Verifier the following error is returned:
Oracle Forms Recognition Verifier cannot load the settings file.
followed by:
Oracle Forms Recognition Verifier is unable to open last settings file 'D:\Oracle\Product\Forms Recognition\Bin\DstVer.set'. Please try to open the settings file manually via 'File', 'Open...' menu command.
Changes
Verifier was working properly on this system, but they have logged in as a different Windows user and are now receiving this error when opening Verifier.
