The following error
java.io.IOException: No locks available
may occur when
- running the Fusion Middleware 11g Configuration Assistant (config.sh / config.cmd)
or - when starting up a Fusion Middleware 11g component

The error occurs if you have installed Fusion Middleware 11g components on a remote shared disk that is accessible through a network file system (NFS).
