Symptoms
After installation/configuration of Portal 11g with SSL any attempt to edit the External Application Portlet results in the following error:
Internal error (WWC-00006)
Unexpected error encountered in wwptl_fapp.show_edit_list (ORA-28759: failure to open file)(WWC-41417)
Unexpected Error in wwptl_fapp_private.get_external_apps_list - (WWC-41234)
Note: This portlet is not applicable to a system installed with Oracle Access Manager, only with the legacy OSSO 10g.
